We have more than 40 engineers, thereinto, 20 machinery engineers, 20 electronic engineers, 4 packing designers. They use Auto CAD, Pro-E, Protel 99 to design products. POSO is the member of the lighting fixture branch of Chinese Lighting Appliance institute and have taken part in the establishment of the Chinese standard of lighting appliance. And we are trying to make our laboratory to national approved laboratory.
